I feel better if I have my arm around anothers arm.
Another good tip, is to not have that person scold you when feeling this way it can make a person nervous.

As a person with a generalized anxiety disorder, I must beg to differ. There is no way that I’m allowing someone to stare me down or touch me when I’m having a panic attack – I’m going to do my best to get away from that person as quickly as possible, even if it means giving them a good shove. Expert Village, this time you’re wrong…

@kristyg301 Yeah i know what that’s like, i had my most recent one last summer. i woke up in the middle of the night shaking and sick pretty much like you; except i felt like i was gonna die and as if i were dreaming. I’ve only had mine at night also. And i wish your mother the best of luck as well

I throw up until everything is out of my stomach I shake I feel like I am going to die sometimes it gets so bad I don’t ever think it will stop. I only have mine at night I always say this is when the demons come out it helps to talk to someone but, usually when this is occuring everyone is sleeping. It is so hard and I can totally understand what they are all about scary scary If I could make one thing in my life go away this would be it along with my mom never getting cancer again

this is wrong, you shouldnt touch someone without asking while their freaking out. And dont stare into their eyes, your gona make them feel more bizzare. Just let them know youre there, you care and listen even if what they say and talk about is crazy, and dont let them hurt themself if they try.
