I got one of these in the most peaceful moment! I was outside watching the sunrise, and watching the stars fade. It was so peaceful. Then I started seeing sparkly dots in the air, and then i squiggly line in my vision, and I was confused… then my neck started feeling warm… and I was like.. “OHHh DAMNIT! A panic attack is starting!” then i swung my arm out and said “DISPERSE!!!” and it went away.

I’ve had panic attacks for almost a year. You just have to realize it’s just an adrenaline rush. You’re not having a heart attack. You just have too much stress in your life, and you’re not coping with it in the right ways. Evaluate your stressors in life. For me it was an unhealthy relationship which eventually ended and my stress level reduced. Exercise, prayer, and yoga helped too. You need to create new thought patterns so try doing new healthy things in life.

I’ve MANY panics attack in my life. The first ones started when I was like 12 years old, they were more like some kind of derealization or confusion. I couldn’t know if I was living the real world or in a dream. I remember I cried a lot, it was one of the worst experiences in my life. The second one and the worst one was when I moved from my country to the United States. I was 15 years old. I had depression and I thought I was possessed by a demon. They’re bad, but they can be controlled by you.

More people need to watch this. First time I ever had an anxiety attack I didn’t know it even existed. I was sitting on the bus listening to my Ipod when it happened to me. I went to the hospital.

I used Panic Away and the effects were dramatic. I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from this nightmare. There is an answer and this was it for me – hopefully it can be for you too.

I’ve had a few panic attacks, the first one I ever had was in college. I had an arguement with my teacher, which caused me to cry and shake so much, my heart was beating faster, I struggled to breathe next thing I knew I had a paper bag over my mouth and nose…was a horrid experience, I’m thankful they rarely happen to me now.

I had that experience before. I got all nerve wrecked because I kept thinking something is killing me. “Am I having a cancer, am I having a stroke, am I going to be a statistic of one who dies in my sleep???” is always what I’m thinking to myself! Many times I wanted to call 911 cause I felt like I was loosing awareness. Freaked me out! Until one day, I decided to go to ER, cause of having numb arms, ringing ears. They found it was just anxiety! Never thought anxiety can do this!
