I’m on the edge of glory with my boys boys boys. Bloody Mary and Black Jesus are my paparazzi and we just dance, we keep doing it again and again in our disco heaven. I’m so starstruck by my paper gangster, I’m hanging on a moment of truth. The fame gives me money honey, I guess I was just born this way.

WWE’s attitude era and the glory days….yes or no if you agree and explain.?

Okay well the whole tag team thing with carlito and primo now splitting up and the edge and jericho thing has got me thinking about the attitude ear and the glory days of the WWE (then, the WWF).
well to get the point i want to know who else agrees with the fact that vince mcmahon has really screwed some things up, ESPECIALLY by changing it from TV14 to PG…..like they even have a WWE KIDS website now!!! i mean, COME ON VINCE. the divas divison has also gone waaay down hill, i mean look at the divas back then…lita, trish stratus, torrie wilson, stacy keibler, chyna, molly holly, sable, sunny, ivory, jazz, dawn marie, victoria and many more, and i mean look at it now….kelly kelly, maria, maryse, the bella twins, and rosa mendes! divas were once capable of actually wrestling and looking good while doing it, they were also able to do SO many more things, such as steel cage matches, battle of the sexes matches, having matches that are actually over 5 minutes, and even main eventing from time to time. also – WHAT IN THE H*LL EVER HAPPENED TO HARDCORE! now all they give us is a cheap excuse of “extreme rules” what happened to the barbedwire, the thumbtacks, and the fire! not only was it the hardcore matches and the divas division but also the tag team division has gone waaaaay down hill, one AMAZING teams, now broken up, like for example, dx, brothers of destruction, the hardyz, edge and christian and so many more. the tag team division used to mean a lot to the WWE but now it seems like its just one joke. okay well I think i have ranted plenty, and i just wanted to get you’re opinions on this? who misses it? and who agrees or disagrees with my points? please explain to get full points!

ALSO one more question….who else agrees that even IF they were going to bring the TV14 era back that it just wouldnt be the same with the divas and some of the 3rd and 2nd generation superstars we have now, i dont know how to put it but it was just better with the other divas and people like stone cold and the rock.

I couldnt agree with you any more!! I have often asked this question and gotten the same answer. Vince screwed up so bad that he will never be able to bring it back, these days its all about who can sell the most merchandise while getting away with steroid use!
I miss the attitude era but we will never see anything like it. Id love to see crusierweights have a title to fight for, hardcore matches that are actually hardcore, divas that can actually wrestle an interesting match and a tag team diivision that has actual tag teams ratehr than 2 superstars put together!! Thise were the days, and Vince if you are reading this do something before you lose all the true fans =)
