I also feel hungry, but I have no appetite! I ate and now I feel very nauseous. My mom has a history of panic attacks. I went for a walk but I live in an apartment and I had to take my key. But I kept getting nervous and thinking ridiculously “what is this key doesn’t work and my apartment wont open???” So I am now back and back on another computer cuz every time I look at the other one that was infected, I feel panicky. WTF IS WRONG WITH ME!!! OMG :( ((

I think I am having one right now. My computer messed up yesterday and got a virus. It wouldn’t turn on. I PANICKED! I finally got it to work but the virus kept coming back. I finally permanently got it out and it is all gone. But I am still feeling very bad even after 2 days. My computer is fine but I am still not over it. I am shaky, my heart is pounding and beating very fast, I feel weak, I cant sleep. I don’t know what to do! :( omg…

doxepin hydrochloride is real effective for anxiety and panic attacks. especially for the upset stomach. and does not have the tolerance effect that Xanax and tranquilizers do.
