By Mark B
Anxiety and panic disorder can be debilitating problems that seriously encroach on your ability to live life to the fullest. The serious and sometimes dangerous effects that a panic attack can have on people often make people who suffer from these attacks stay in their homes constantly, isolated from the world for fear that they might have an attack in public or at the wrong moment. panic attacks self help
The National Health Service in England has estimated that “at least one person in 10 experiences occasional panic attacks.” Other reports claim that almost two-and-a-half million American adults have them. But how many people really know much about this condition, or any of the other disabling conditions that are grouped as anxiety disorders? What should people know about panic attacks? panic attacks self help
There is an amazing statistic on Panic Attacks. Over 20% of emergency room visits are due to panic attack causes and those experiencing anxiety disorders are 13% more likely than the general population to visit the ER. About 10% of the U.S. population has experienced anxiety attacks. With all that being said, a person experiencing a first time attack that is unable to get to their primary doctor should not hesitate to visit the ER. panic attacks self help
